AV ARTS are offering projector rental options to our clients. Why buy a high-end unit when you can rent one as required. We have a selection of different rental options catering for all requirements. We have basic to high-end solutions, for different audience sizes and applications.
We recommend booking your rental in advance especially over big sporting events. We offer daily rentals and monthly. Please contact us for a monthly rental rate.
All of our rental units include:
- 1,5m HDMI cable
- Power Cable
- Flight case or carry bag for safe mobility.
Pricing and options:
General Projectors:
- Basic XGA 3500 Lumens Projector – R400 per day
- Super Bright WXGA 5000 Lumens Projector – R900 per day
Specialized Projectors:
- Short-throw WXGA 3600 ANSI Lumens – R650 per day
- Bright 4K UHD 4000 Lumens Projector – R1200 per day.
Add:
- 20m Extension Cord – R50 per day
- 20m HDMI Cable – R100 per day
Rental conditions:
- We are open on Monday to Fridays for collection and return at our offices in Bramley, JHB.
- All items need to be returned by 1pm on the return date.
- Items returned after 1pm are charged for an extra day.
- We require a deposit of R1500 per basic projector and R2500 for a high end unit. We will promptly refund this on return of the projector and accessories.
- We take full payment upfront for the rental period.
