AV ARTS are offering projector rental options to our clients. Why buy a high-end unit when you can rent one as required. We have a selection of different rental options catering for all requirements. We have basic to high-end solutions, for different audience sizes and applications.

We recommend booking your rental in advance especially over big sporting events. We offer daily rentals and monthly. Please contact us for a monthly rental rate.

All of our rental units include:

• 1,5m HDMI cable
• Power Cable
• Flight case or carry bag for safe mobility.

Pricing and options:

General Projectors:

• Basic XGA 3500 Lumens Projector – R400 per day
• Full HD 4500 Lumens Projector – R800 per day
• Super Bright WXGA 5000 Lumens Projector – R900 per day

Specialized Projectors:

• Short-throw WXGA 3600 ANSI Lumens – R700 per day
• Bright 4K UHD 4000 Lumens Projector – R1200 per day.

Add:

• 20m Extension Cord – R50 per day
• 20m HDMI Cable – R100 per day

Rental conditions: 

• We are open on Monday to Fridays for collection and return at our offices in Bramley, JHB.
• All items need to be returned by 1pm on the return date.
